Dat geldt ook voor onze medewerkers en vrijwilligers. Wij hebben oog voor ze en werken met aandacht en betrokkenheid met elkaar samen.<br \/>\nOm de werkdruk een beetje te verlichten hebben we zo snel als mogelijk we mensen in corona-banen aangenomen. Gelukkig hebben we een aantal van hen kunnen behouden als nieuwe zorgcollega&#8217;s.<br \/>\nHet kan niet vaak genoeg worden gezegd: vrijwilligers zijn onmisbaar in de zorg. Om de vrijwilligers beter te kunnen betrekken is een een speciaal vrijwilligersportaal ingericht.<\/p>\n<p>Gezien en gehoord worden is voor iedereen belangrijk. Medewerkers kunnen op verchillende manieren invloed uitoefenen op hun werk. Door zelforganisatie, door in gesprek te gaan met management en collega&#8217;s, maar ook door hun stem te laten aten horen via de ondernemingsraad.<br \/>\nOm te weten hoe medewerkers hun werk ervaren zetten we meetinsturmenten in. Denk aan het medewerkertevredenheidsonderzoek. Dat geeft ons inzicht hoe de Zorggroep als werkgever kan verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Wat als niet alles gaat zoals het zou moeten gaan? Stel er doet zich iets naars voor tijdens je werk, met een bewoner of een collega. Of je voelt je onheus bejegend. Voor allerlei situaties zijn verschillende mensen bij je dan terecht kunt. ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid zijn in 2021 tijdelijke corona-banen ge\u00efntroduceerd. Mensen uit andere sectoren die \u2018op de bank zitten\u2019 konden aan het werk in cruciale sectoren: zorg, onderwijs, kinderopvang en toezicht en handhaving. Coronabanen zijn banen waar geen of beperkte scholing voor nodig is, het gaat om tijdelijke, extra inzet ter ondersteuning van het vaste personeel.<\/p>\n<p>Tussen 1 januari en 30 juni 2021 zijn 85 medewerkers in een corona-baan aangenomen voor de Zorggroep. 25 \u00a0van deze medewerkers zij via samenwerking met het UWV ingestroomd voor een periode van maximaal 6 maanden. Dit initiatief leverde de Zorggroep een nominatie op voor de Diamant, een erkenning voor het in dienst nemen van medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.<\/p>\n<p>Na de verlenging van de regeling is nogmaals een groep medewerkers aangenomen tot eind december 2021. In totaal hebben ruim 120 \u00a0medewerkers een bijdrage geleverd in een corona-baan. Sommigen zijn doorgestroomd in een andere functie in de Zorggroep. Om dat te weten te komen is in oktober 2021 is een organisatiebreed medewerkersonderzoek gehouden; in dezelfde periode vond ook een onderzoek onder vrijwilligers plaats.<\/p>\n<p>Uit het onderzoek zijn de volgende verbeterpunten naar voren gekomen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>waardering uiten<\/li>\n<li>veilige omgeving cre\u00ebren om fouten te bespreken of ook leidinggevende aan te spreken<\/li>\n<li>communicatie over veranderingen<\/li>\n<li>bottum -up innovatie<\/li>\n<li>meer duidelijkheid over kaders (taken en verantwoordelijkheden)<\/li>\n<li>hoge werkdruk die wordt ervaren door met name bij zorgmedewerkers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De leidinggevenden gaan met hun teams aan de slag met de teamresultaten. De organisatiebrede onderwerpen worden in 2022 verder centraal opgepakt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 vrijwilligersportaal: d\u00e9 digitale omgeving waar vrijwilligers van de Zorggroep alle belangrijke informatie kunnen vinden en hun eigen dossier kunnen inzien. Dit portaal is in 2021 in gebruik genomen.<\/p>\n<p>In het portaal staat alle informatie die relevant is voor vrijwilligers, aangevuld met leuke weetjes en actuele vacatures. Ook hebben vrijwilligers toegang tot de online leeromgeving van GoodHabitz, waarin een ongelooflijke vari\u00ebteit van cursussen klaarstaan. Van mindfulness tot Spaans, van gespreksvaardigheden tot \u2018optimisme voor beginners\u2019. Maar ook de verandering in de organisatiestructuur was &#8211; met name in de tweede helft van 2021 &#8211; een terugkerend onderwerp op de agenda. In het kader van \u2018medezeggenschap volgt zeggenschap\u2019 heeft de OR zich verdiept in een mogelijke medezegggenschapsstructuur passend bij de nieuw organisatiestructuur met een raad van bestuur en 4 directeuren.<\/p>\n<p>De huidige zittingsperiode van OR-leden (4 jaar) loopt in juni 2022 af. Een voorstel voor een nieuwe structuur wordt begin 2022 met de raad van bestuur besproken. De OR wil de basis van de huidige structuur &#8211; \u00a0\u00e9\u00e9n OR met onderdeelcommissies en ambassadeurs &#8211; handhaven, maar wel aangepast aan de nieuwe structuur van aandacht die we aan de prikaccidenten hebben besteed heeft zijn vruchten afgeworpen. Het aantal meldingen is afgenomen in de tweede helft van het jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Bij het specialistisch centrum ouderenzorg (SCO) &#8211; de grootste locatie met gespecialiseerde PG-afdelingen \u2013 zijn de meeste meldingen binnengekomen.<\/p>\n<p>De meeste meldingen gaan over onbegrepen gedrag. Dat is te verklaren: onze grootste doelgroep zijn bewoners met psychogeriatrische aandoeningen. Niet al het onbegrepen gedrag is te voorkomen. Door inzet van meerdere disciplines is het wel mogelijk om hier zo goed mogelijk me om te gaan en passende zorg te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de afhandeling van melding door de manager worden de uitkomsten gedeeld in de kwartaalrapportage Kwaliteit en in beeld gebracht door de preventiemedewerker. Waar nodig gaat de preventiemedewerker met de manager in gesprek over de melding en over ondersteuning voor de medewerkers. De leden hebben in 2021 een scholing gevolgd hoe zij medewerkers het beste kunnen opvangen. Iedereen die geconfronteerd is met een schokkende gebeurtenis kan bij het BOT terecht. Het biedt deze collega\u2019s de juiste nazorg en een steuntje in de rug te als zij dat nodig hebben.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021 is het meldingsformulier voor medewerkers verfijnd, waardoor duidelijker is welke medewerkers behoefte hebben aan een gesprek met het BOT. Ook wijzen managers en collega\u2019s elkaar steeds vaker op de mogelijkheid gebruik te maken van het BOT.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column Een reden hiervoor kan zijn dat er in de Zorggroep een goede aanspreekcultuur is en dat kwesties in goed onderling overleg worden opgelost. Maar de zaken die wel met de vertrouwenspersoon worden gedeeld geven niet het beeld van een veilige aanspreekcultuur. Mogelijk dat vergroten van de zichtbaarheid de drempel naar de vertrouwenspersoon kan verlagen.
