Voor duurzame inzetbaarheid moeten werkgevers en medewerkers structureel investeren in fysieke en geestelijke gezondheid, scholing en productiviteit zodat medewerkers gezond, veilig en vitaal tot hun pensioenleeftijd kunnen blijven werken.<\/p>\n<p>De ontwikkeling van het beleid voor duurzame inzetbaarheid is gestart maar een aantal geplande fysieke acties heeft in 2021 door corona-restricties helaas geen doorgang kunnen vinden. Wel is een en ander digitaal aangeboden aan de medewerkers. De geplande rondetafelgesprekken die als input voor beleid zullen dienen, worden in 2022 opnieuw gepland.<\/p>\n<p>De Zorggroep kreeg ondersteuning van 2 bedrijfsartsen van Pro.Fit. In oktober 2021 is gekozen voor een andere invulling: een bedrijfsarts en een inzetbaarheidscoach. De inzetbaarheidscoach helpt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij re-integratietrajecten en is ook beschikbaar voor advies en ondersteuning op het gebied van preventie. De bedrijfsarts wordt geconsulteerd voor medisch advies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 met de Zorggroep verbonden voelen zijn ze gemotiveerder, meer tevreden, productiever en loyaler. Met als gevolg dat er minder sprake is van verloop en verzuim.\u00a0Hoe zorgen we voor een band tussen de Zorggroep en onze medewerkers en hoe houden we deze band in stand?<\/p>\n<p>In 2021 is gestart met een instroom- en uitstroomonderzoek door Effectory. De eerste resultaten leveren mooie inzichten op en bevestigen de ingeslagen weg. De respons is een aandachtspunt, bij het instroomonderzoek is dit gemiddeld 17%\u00a0 en bij het uitstroomonderzoek ligt dit percentage op ruim 28%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thuiswerken<\/strong><br \/>\nVanaf het begin van de coronapandemie werken medewerkers voor wie dat mogelijk is thuis. Hiervoor is thuiswerkbeleid ontwikkeld. Voor iedere thuiswerkende medewerker is budget beschikbaar voor de inrichting van een gezonde werkplek. Dankzij\u00a0 kwaliteitsgelden van de overheid kunnen verpleegkundigen op die twee afdelingen structureel tijd vrijmaken om te werken aan kwaliteitsverbetering, zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de directe zorg voor bewoners. Hierdoor is er elke dag een verpleegkundige met \u2018bureaudienst\u2019. De verpleegkundige heeft een belangrijke rol als linking pin tussen de manager, de arts en het team. De VIG\u2019ers op hun beurt kunnen hun rol ook weer steviger oppakken.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-9 toekomst thuiszorg bieden aan het groeiende aantal ouderen op de Noordwest-Veluwe? Om die vraag te beantwoorden is begin 2020 het project thuiszorg 2.0. gestart. Doel: een goede balans tussen de belangen van de cli\u00ebnt, de medewerker en de organisatie \u00e9n een gezonde financi\u00eble positie van de thuiszorg.<\/p>\n<p>Na ruim een jaar &#8211; op 31 maart 2021 \u2013 is het project succesvol afgerond. Daarna is een start gemaakt met de langetermijnvisie voor de thuiszorg. Minstens zo belangrijk is dat onze vacatures beter op internet kunnen worden gevonden door potenti\u00eble collega\u2019s.
